Order Processing, Shipping, and Return Information
ORDER PROCESSING: All orders process in 1 to 10 business days depending on complexity of design. Orders with multiple complex designs may take longer to cut and ship, especially during peak seasons. Any delay will be communicated through email.
SHIPPING: By default orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Packages may take from 2 to 4 business days to arrive after you receive a shipping notification. Odd Dragon Design is not responsible for carrier transit times.
Please make sure the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid processing delays.
All Custom Order Quotes will include shipping charges.
International Shipping: International Mail is shipped via USPS First Class International, which includes limited tracking. On average, USPS First Class International packages usually arrive within two weeks and on very rare occasions up to 2 months. This will vary by country because USPS hands the package off to the Postal Carrier in your country for final delivery.
Other shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) can be requested which will greatly reduce delivery time and improve tracking, but will also likely incur a much higher cost. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote for another carrier.
LOST ITEMS: If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date on the USPS tracking website, please contact us. We can file a claim for insured packages with the Post Office 15 days after your order was shipped (but not sooner than this per USPS guidelines). Please keep in mind that the delivery date on the tracking website is only an estimate and there are many factors that could delay delivery.
RETURNS: For vinyl decal products returns will be accepted within 30 days of the product delivery date on unused items only. For custom designed vinyl decals returns will only be accepted 30 days of the product delivery date in the case of defective materials or an error on the part of Odd Dragon. For embroidered products returns will be accepted 30 days of the product delivery date on unused, like new condition only. For customs designed embroidered products returns will only be accepted 30 days of the product delivery date in the case of defective materials or an error on the part of Odd Dragon. All return requests must first be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number.
